Process
How it Works - 4 Simple Steps
Under Government Commercial Agency (GCA) framework RM6376, schools and public sector bodies can appoint a supply agency through a process called Award Without Competition. There is no tender to write, no evaluation panel to convene. You simply confirm your requirement, complete a short order form, and we get to work.

All state-funded schools, academies, MATs, colleges and local authorities can use the framework - independent (private) schools are the main exception.

Complete a brief order form
We send you a pre-populated Short Order Form (Framework Schedule 6a). This is a brief document. Once signed, the contract is in place.

Our checks include an enhanced DBS check with barred list (renewed annually as a minimum), employment history verification, two professional references, right to work verification, qualification checks, and teacher prohibition order checks. We also conduct overseas criminal record checks where applicable.
First Call Education is subject to Worker Compliance Audits conducted by Government Commercial Agency (GCA). Our compliance records are available for inspection on request.
